Located in Stroudsburg PA in the heart of the Poconos, we serve children from 7-14 years of age in the form of two Programs:
Community Based Program: Where a child gets matched with a “Big” from the community who mentors the child. They meet 3-4 times a month for 1-3 hours a week. The match has the ability to go and do any variety of activities such as but not limited to: skiing, hiking, swimming, out to lunch, or dinner, movies, shopping, mini golf, to museums and whatever else the pair decides they would like to do.
The commitment from the volunteer to the match is for one year minimum and usually extends beyond this time period.
