Big Brothers Big Sisters Advisory Board Announces New Member

WILKES BARRE—Thomas Black, Senior Vice President, Regional Manager for the Northeast Community Region of Citizen’s Bank has joined the Big Brothers Big Sisters Wilkes-Barre Advisory Board for the 2005-2006 term. The advisory board serves to continuously improve program quality, increase community awareness, participate in year-round fundraising activities, and enhance the annual fundraiser, Bowl for Kids’ Sake.  Not only is Mr. Black a leader at work, he is leader in our community.  Prior to joining Big Brothers Big Sisters, Mr. Black served on many other community boards, including the Economic Development Council of Northeastern Pennsylvania, Penn State University Wilkes-Barre Campus, Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Business and Industry, the Committee for Economic Growth, and the Advisory Board at College Misericordia.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is the largest mentoring program serving Northeastern Pennsylvania.
