BIG BROTHERS BIG SISTERS OF THE BRIDGE
WYOMING COUNTY
Our mission is to provide an opportunity for positive growth and enrichment to children from single family homes. This is accomplished through the companionship provided in a trusting and caring relationship with mentors.
Programs include.........
- Traditional community match
- Group meetings at Mehoopany Elementary School
- Group meetings at Roslund Elementary School
- Group meetings at Tunkhannock Area MIddle School
- Group meetings at Keystone College
Volunteers come from.......
- Community citizens
- Couples matches
- Students from Keystone College
- HIgh School students from Tunkhannock High school or Lackawanna High School who are at least 16 and a Jr.
Children come from
- Families who live in Wyoming County
- Students at Roslund Elementary School
- Students at Tunkhannock Middle School
- Students at Lackawanna Trail El. Center
